There can be multiple causes that can make this application stop working properly, like: a missing or a corrupt file, a failed update, etc. Therefore, a simple and efficient method to make this problem solved is to reinstall Big Fish: Game Manager. First, go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search there Big Fish: Game Manager > right click in it > and select uninstall. After that, download this application again through Software Informer application's page or from its official web page. Open the setup file and start the installation process again.
I have had an account for years. I am still getting $7.99 a month deducted automatically from my account. I cannot access my account information.

If you want to cancel the membership for BigFishGames, then I strongly recommend visiting the official page for this issue. You might need to install the client again. You can do it using the games attached to your account. The client will also be installed then follow the instructions on the page and that's it. The company will stop charging your account.
I keep getting charged monthly for games that I do not realize I have downloaded. Can someone phone me? I am not downloading new games to the best of my knowledge and keep getting charged. I do not know what my account name is or the password for it.

When you have problems with credit purchase, the best way to solve it is by accessing the Customer Support pages. Visit the website and use the form to get in touch with the sales team. If you didn't authorized the payments, it's most likely probable you credit card is used illegally. Contact your bank and stop the payments and then contact the Big Fish Games Customer Support.
